I must be doing something wrong on wander the west but I type in the search bar "dogs" and just a bunch of random threads pop up non related.

I think it's a site issue. I can't remember if I saw it in the FWC forum or general but I do remember a thread devoted to dog ramps.

Love this truck!, I was scared away from the four wheel camper idea cause of my 2.7l, but it seems like yours doesn’t have a problem with it! Can I ask what tires/suspension you are running?

So I am running Fox 2.0 shocks with 600lb coil springs upfront, Old Man Emu Dakar HD Hilux Leaf Springs and Timbren SES bumpstop shackle flip kit outback. I also did EBC stage 4 rotor/pad upgrade with SS brake lines from Stoptech. As for tires General Grabber AT2 load range E stock size just LT version.

Under the hood the "performance" mod has been charcoal filter delete and K/N filters everywhere.

I highly recommend the manual transmission with the 4cyl as it really helps with power deliver and fuel economy, which I average during the winter 17-20 and summer 20-22.

    Which version? LOL
I've gone through three suspension revisions. If you do it right the first time it should be one and done. Unfortunately "right" is different for each truck/camper combo. I think the best thing to do is determine if the camper will be on the truck full time, what your camping loadout weight is and go from there.

I bought a combination of used and new parts --> some discounted, total around $1,100.

Makes sense, definitely hard to figure out as someone without ever having had a camper installed before.

I know it's probably a question that could easily be answered with a little research... but is this a model that's no longer produced? If I got a FWC I'd love for it to be flush with my 6 ft bed.

This is a Finch model. It is for sale actually. They don't make it anymore but do make a Swift which is the same length but wider.
