I went up a hill and bounced off a curb and hit my truck. there is no damage to anything at all!!!!!! The only thing i can think of is that it could be from a low frequency/vibration that could have damaged something electrical. Any thoughts?

It was slow when the impact happened. I tried to put in four wheel drive and it made clicking mechanical sounds. 4*4 light is on but wont engage. Took acuator out and nothing is wrong with it or anything else big and major.

The 4X4 light is on...but you're saying it won't engage?

How do you know it's not engaged? What 'signs' are you seeing that you know its not engaged?

the light is on. It wont engage because I was stuck in deep mud ruts when this happened. I rolled down the hill and had to be pulled out. I tried it some mud some days later and couldnt do anything.
