Finally getting around to adjusting the coilovers. Right now truck measures:
    Front DS: ~20"
    Front PS: ~21"
    Rear DS: ~23.5
    Rear PS: ~24

This is all with no armor. Will soon be adding at least front skid, rear bumper, and sliders.
Plan is to do 3-4 turns up on DS and maybe 1 on PS....shooooould get me to about 21-22 DS I'd assume and 21.5-22 PS.

I could be totally wrong. Don't feel like renting a press so unfortunately getting a shop to do it. Might just do the DS first and see how it sits. Wouldn't mind slight rake...figure rear bumper and maybe sliders will help level a bit. What ya'll think?

Are those center of wheel to bottom of fender measurements?

Actually probably just doing 3-4 on DS and not touch PS...that should get me close to dead even across the front and get some rake which I'm kosher with.

If you go down on DS - won’t it be more off than before? You said DS was already sitting lower. Do ya mean go up on the DS to level left to right?

Yes, I said 3 turns up I think. But yes, you are right, 3-4 up on DS. Depending on measurement after maybe .5-1 on PS

Scottsglock29 - what style/type of spring compressor did you use to adjust the shocks?? Got my fronts on, and doing the AAL and rears tomorrow - def will need to get the fronts up.. Wondering if I should get the press, or go spring compressor (cheaper for a spring compressor for sure).. And, wondering what compressor you used and had success with..

    Thanks in advance..

Sorry about getting back to you so late. I am about 23" from center of hub to fender on both drivers side and passenger side. Give or take an 1/8" or so.

Finally got my setup put in this morning. Went with the Fox 2.0 coilovers in front, and Fox 2.0 shocks with reservoir in back, along with a Headstrong AAL in the rear (factory overload is still in the leaf pack).

    First pic is stock.

Second pic is with front coil overs in.

Third pic is with front coil overs in and rear Headstrong AAL and rear shocks installed. Good progression.

Need to adjust the front coils to get a bit more close to level, but overall the ride is great. Wheels come this week, so, will get the alignment when the new wheels and tires go on and post some updates. I think once I adjust the fronts up, I will net about 2” front and rear.

None. I've adjusted mine 5+ times & have never had any difficulties by spraying them w/WD40, loosening the allen bolt & using 2 screwdrivers I cut the heads off of that fit the holes perfectly.

Wheels/tires make no difference for the alignment but do make sure you set them to the height you want BEFORE alignment. My front settled quite a bit (~.75") after 1.5 weeks. I'd wait until after they've settled.

Good call. Did the rears today and front last week - truck sits because I travel so I will give it some more time before the alignment.

Also - wondering if you have a different version as far as adjustment? I don’t have any ‘holes’ a screwdriver would fit in as far as adjustment.

Yup - looked at your build thread. The newest version 2.0 coilover is entirely different than what you have. Can’t be adjusted on the truck. Good call on the alignment though - thanks.

This is exactly what I have been saying for years. Adjust them on the truck with the wheels in full droop. Never had a problem either.

I would adjust it on the truck. Mine are the orginal 1st production series with duel collars.

I’m pretty sure Fox does not recommend adjusting on the truck, I’d check.
