Supposed to be 2”. The same 1.75” leveling coils you get from eibach through Toytec just on a Fox shock with the Toytec label. Given that you don’t have extra weight to my knowledge, I‘d plan for 2-2.25. Should put you a little above dead level w no rear lift. Shoot me details and I’ll get ya close to where you want to be (include rear plans etc). Remember, my wife’s Taco sits dead level with those coils on billy 5100’s set on zero (w driver’s lean spacer) and she runs 285 nittos w mild fender trim.

Chaz84, your wife's Tacoma looks awesome. Here's what I have. I am sitting on 5100s on all four corners. Front set at 0 with the OME 883 ciols. Which gave me a little over 1 3/4 on an inch with the drivers side spacer. Out back I have a one inch block. Would like to get 2 1/4 inches up front or as close to level as possible. Thank you for your reply!

Oh, so you already have suspension on there.
If you just want her level and not looking to spend 2k, I’d just go to first setting on the billies Bc those coils are not progressive and the ride will only be slightly more stiff bc of the LCAs.
Now if you have some miles on the billies and want superior ride, go 5 turns up on driver’s side 2 on pass and get the progressive AAL’s out back (far superior and cushier than stock, if that block has put a bend in your factory leaves, then you’ll need Dakar replacement springs). That’ll put you dang close to level and give you the Fox ride.
Add wheelers super bumps on all corners either way.
Really depends on your mileage, $ to spend, and how badly you want your truck to ride smooth as butter.
Question: how many miles on your current setup, how do you like the current ride, and how much do you wheel your truck?

I don't wheel at all. Have about 25000 mile on this set up. Rides good. Just a slight bit harsh on rough roads but nothing horrible. I do have the Alcon 8 leave + 200 pounds leafe packs. The didn't lift me any that is why I installed the 1 inch blocks. Got the extra 200 pound capacity because I had a shell at the time. Reson I was looking at the Fox was for the ride quality and to fine tune the lift.

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate you taking the time ! How hard is it to adjust the coller for driver side lean? Do you have to use a spring compresser?

Well, if you want your ride to not have ANY harshness, FOX is the way to go. And yes on the spring compressor bruh. Lock it in, loosen the allen bolt and turn. Was bombing around in both trucks yesterday and Fox is FAR superior for forgiveness. Dang billies are stiff in all the wrong places. Fine for a road truck, but the setup I have is beyond plush.

Thank you sir I appreciate all the info! Just trying to decide if the 1000k bucks is justified becouse I would still need to do UCA for the amount of lift I'm looking to achieve.

As long as you don’t go over 2.5” of lift you can get away with factory ucas. If I were you, I’d go up one level on the billies and call it a day.

Yeah 2.5 is the most that I would want to go. I have been told by menny members here on T W that anything over 2in. I would need new uper control. I am at 1 7/8 over stock and I have a slight Wonder in the wheel at 60 to 65 mph. So I figured going to 2 1/4 to 2.5 that I would definitely need UCA?.?.
The reason I want to only go that little bit is to get her level with the rear.

Again, I would take it to a shop and just have them go up a notch on that 5100 bud. You should be solid. However, the wandering does worry me. Sounds like your alignment is off. I’d go ahead and throw some light racing ucas on there when they adjust the collars and line her up. That’s where I’d put your $$ IMO.

Rear settled after experimenting pulling new trailer and sub-compact lawn toy. Think I'll be investing in airbags like the all knowing Mully.

There's a reason I kept her center of gravity low... where I grew up. Drove home with Zero issues after a day of wheeling. Not a bad 360. Had a heck of a time posting the video, hope it worked. Wish there was audio, girl sounds like a pissed off animal.

Thinking of pulling the trigger on the 2.0 kit non adjustable.

This may be a dumb question but I have 3 choices for the rear shock option: 0-1.5 inch, 2-3 inch, or 3-5 inch.

Is this the amount of lift height you can add on to the existing rear set up or is that total lift.

Going for a 2-2.5 inch lift front/rear with the icon progressive AAL kit in the rear.

    Thanks!

Not a dumb question at all. What is the aal lift supposed to add? The height options are for your total amount of lift.

I went with the 2-3 inch rear shock option paired with the 2.0 coilover's up front.

The AAL is supposed to add 1.5 in the rear.

    Thanks buddy.

You’re gonna need a 1” block if you wheel it hard like I do. Otherwise, you are good bruh. Ya don’t want that shaft jamming in too deep too often (that’s what she said)... butt seriously... might be too long of a shaft. Have spent a long time on the phone researching with Fox... there is far more cushion in the shock at extension compared to full compression. Follow my instructions on getting 2.5 up front and for once I am recommending a block. At least .5”.
