    Hiya all.

I never knew that the shocks I got has an integrated bump stop at full compression.

    Was this advertised?

I don't believe those are supposed to take the place of proper bump stops (the shock mounts weren't designed for it either). I think that is just to prevent immediate damage to the shock should your (normal) bump stops fail, or to lessen the number of shock returns from people who put too long of a shock on their truck/never bothered to check their bumpstop/shock clearances.

It does appear your shock is traveling up enough to hit that bumpstop (no line of dust visible on the shaft) so you may want to check your bumpstop clearances (you should have enough shaft travel remaining when the bumpstop touches to allow for compression of the bumpstop, usually around ½" - ¾" or so).
