20191228_153844.jpgI came across this today.. I recently recharged my shocks back to 200psi. This one was at about 50psi before I refilled it. Seemed to take the charge well and drove on it for a few days without feeling any issues. Today I went to adjust the clicker and saw this. Any ideas as to what the hell happened here?
I don't know where to begin as far as repairs. I would love some pointers as to how I should fix this. In the meantime I'm just gunna pull it out so I don't damage it.

Figured it out. My Shrader valve failed and was leaking. With no pressure in the Resi the cap depressed.

    Working on it now....UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Looks like you have a hole in it. Also, the resi is located where it could get impacted by the axle.

It just looks like it's got a hole, They're just super dirty and when I was inspecting it, I wiped off a spot that the camera made look like a hole/dent. I'll raise the Resi, thanks for pointing that out. Probably why the Shrader valve broke!

Looks pretty rough, I would suggest getting it to a shop to have them open it up, inspect and repair. If it lost all the oil and was ran for a long time, it could have severely damaged the shock. We can certainly help with this if needed

It was only like that for a day or 2. I didn't fully open the Resi, but inspected the inner bore for scoring and damage, luckily I didn't see any. It's still holding nitrogen after replacing the Shrader valve core. I'll keep an eye on it.
I wish you guys were closer to me! I'm in Vancouver BC Canada.
