Hopefully someone finds this quick review useful. I myself am still learning a lot but I wanted to write this review for those of you who are starting to get into the off-road scene trying to figure out where to start and what products will be a good choice for you. Anyways...

After doing my research I went ahead and bought fox 2.5 remote resi's without the adjusters and also purchased camburg uniball UCA. For the price I paid I had expected for a way smoother ride than stock on road. To be honest I was a bit let down as it still pretty much felt the same As stock...I was beginning to question my investment.

So I was finally able to get my truck out to the dunes for the first time...and WOW...what a difference. Any doubt in my mind about my purchase was quickly gone...this combo was smooth! Keep in mind this was the only mod I had done to my truck at this time. I was able to handle the whoops and dunes no problem...my rear end was hitting the bump stops but I couldn't really feel it being in the front. Once I got used to how to drive on the dunes I really began to appreciate how good these shocks were. Overall I was impressed and it was well worth the money in my opinion. My truck is my daily driver as well so long travel wasn't really in my interest. I have also noticed my shocks seemed to have smoothed out on road now after my trip. I guess they just needed some breaking in. Regardless, you will be happy with this set up! Still waiting on my rear suspension..will post that review when the time comes.

Here's a driver side view of my set up. There is about 1 1/4in thread showing..that's how they came right out of the box. It did level my front end with the rear.

I have the exact same set-up that i just installed earlier in the year. its great to hear that someone else also felt left down when it didnt really ride that smooth on the road. i learned to really appreciate it when I did a baby jump earlier this week.. talk about plush
