Installing 2.5" non-reservoir Fox coil overs and I'm not seeing what these spacers and bolts are used for or Fox included them in the hardware bag. I have four of them and my initial thought was for the sway bar relocation but all the hardware is accounted for with that.

Could they be for the rear shocks and I've mixed up hardware? I'm also installing 2.0" non-reservoir shocks in the back eventually but haven't started on them yet.

The spacers are 1.5" OD, about 0.44" ID (maybe 11mm?) and 0.5" thick. The bolts seem to be 10mm diameter and are 40mm long.

Bushing could be for the rear shocks. The 10mm bolts seem long for the sway bar relocation and I believe you re-use two of the OEM bolts for that.

The sway bar relocation uses the factory bolts to hold the block to the frame and has 4 new bolts (5/16 or 3/8 I think) for the bushing brackets, so you are right that the 40mm bolts aren't for that.

I don't see any other 10mm bolts I took off or might need to be longer, so I just don't know.

The spacers might be for the rear, I dunno. Haven't started in on the back leafs yet but I'm basically done except for checking torques in the front and I can't see anything missing. Just confused.

I do have a question into Fox support.

Oh, maybe the bolts are to thread into the top plate? Mine is threaded for 3 short bolts but I could see using them coming up from the bottom of the plate and reusing the 3 factory nuts that held the stock coil over to the shock tower.

I believe the ones that mount to the coilover, mount through the top and you do not re-use any of the nuts from the OEM strut

Yes, that's exactly the way it was described in the manual and that's how I did it. Just speculating that the extra hardware is applicable to other vehicles or shocks that might work differently. So IOW for some reason I got the an extra kit and these really are unnecessary for me. Maybe they are used on F150 or something.
