Fox Lift almost done, one last question!!

    the bottom of the sway bar link is rubbing the bottom of the coil over. It actually made a dent into the bottom of my freakin shock rubbing some metal out of it. you can pretty much see it hitting in that picture

    Did you take the end links completely off when you installed the coil overs? Or just one end of the end link?

    took them completely off, right now their off too until I can figure out whats going on

    It looks like you have/had them on wrong. The one you have pictured should be on the other side. The nut should be on the inside and the joint towards the outside. In the picture it looks like the end link is bending towards the inside while it should be straight.

    I haven't had the sway bar on or looked at in over 2 years so I'm just going from how they typically are designed. The joint usually points outward.

    That didn't even cross my mind. Normally you just take the whole swaybar off, do the install, then put it back on.

    Just look at the end links. Are they identical? If not, then they are side specific.

    they are mirror images, it looks like you could be right but for some reason I thought they went the way i put them back on oh well

    If you swap them then the joint will be on the outside and the nut on the inside. Which will give you 1/2" more clearance on the coil over side.

    thanks soooo much man, ya your right I just completely forgot about doing that. Well that solves my sorrows just wish I hadnt hurt the shock but oh well
