    Your first link is for the rear shocks. You need to scroll down and look at the model numbers the fronts are actually $1400.

    I am assuming you mean the kit that allows up to 3'' of lift (FOX-880-02-376-B 05-09 Tacoma PreRunner, $1400)? Generally speaking, 3'' of lift and over you need new UCA's, otherwise it is just recommended. So I guess it depends where you set them.

    check the part numbers the first link you posted was more than the second like 1400 compared to 1369

    I would get UCA's anyways if your gonna use the shocks to lift your ride. When flexed, the stock ball joints will be experiencing increased stress. Its not necessary, but its the right way to do it.
