Do you live in the rust belt? 6 months is just about a winter long of salt and whatnot!

my Kings and ADS have corroded, but not until they were over 5 years old. If I lived in the rust belt I would be running Billys and throwing them away when the rust got bad enough.

You're literally in a part of the country that has some of the most harsh winter environments. Yes, they have plating but it's still steel and road debris will take it's toll. Especially if you use salt on the roads.

Do you have any pics you're willing to share or????

Ewww! I mean PA is pretty harsh, but that’s a little much IMO for 6 months. Ever wash off the salt in the last 6? DD?

The shock body looks pretty bad and the connectors, that resi looks ok.

Thats rough, but on par for PA. DDing the truck in the winter is what does it. The liquid brine is a killer. FLuid film or woolwax your undercarriage every fall otherwise your frame is gonna look like that and give the undercarriage a good pressure washing in the fall and in the spring once all the snow is gone.

wd40 is not a great rust preventer. It washes off pretty easy.

I think this is more of a combination of salt brine they put on the roads, not washing them enough, or not putting a proper rust preventer on there. Not so much foxes fault.

Nature of the beast with any adjustable coil over, you’ll have the same results with other brands, especially without treating your underbits with Wollwax or Fluid Film.

My Foxs look pretty shitty after 2 winters (not as bad as yours) and I spray em.....gotta pay to play in our region

You need to use Fluid Film or some other type of rust prevention product. Consider it a learning experience.
