They sell for $1500 with low mileage (sub 5k) and drop dramatically from there on. Additionally, as Pro's have become more common (more years of production), we've seen these come up more and more, which also reduces the price. Any more, I wouldn't pay more than $1200. They're nice shocks, and worth the money for a quality 2.5" shock. However, if you add weight, they have no adjustment for preload, so they don't adapt well, as your truck grows.

I know this, as I ran a set for a while, but quickly outgrew them.

Edit: And that person is a damn fool if they think they'll get $2600 for those... although, there's a sucker born every day.

It's also worth noting that there's two different variants of the Pro shock. The set pictured above are the latest variant, as noted by the black lower shock body. This new version has a full coil end, with a contoured spring perch, whereas the earlier versions have a completely silver body and the coils are flat ground on the end, with a flat spring perch. I speculate that this change was made, due to a limited number of instances, where the coil broke at the start of the flat grind. However, I believe that rust was a factor in all of the cases I saw.

Don't get your hopes up if you want $2600 for them, the ones I linked are are still listed and for sale.
