Unfortunately, if this will be the last GB with this company, I will only have the awning as I planned to order the annex in the next one.

 

Same here. I was hoping a future GB might involve a RTT.

Just got mine from UPS today, looks great, can’t wait to get the rack to mount it on (arrives tomorrow)! Thanks again @SoCalTacos for putting this together! I’ll put pics up as soon as I get it mounted (unless someone else beats me to it).

 

UPDATE: Guys, I may or may not have sent a member's "sand" colored awning to someone that ordered a grey one. If you received this by mistake please notify me so I can have it picked up and get the right grey color to you. If at all possible, please try not to tear open your boxes, just in case I need to have it picked up from you. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Just got mine installed on the 80. Will setup the annex later this afternoon

 

Got the annex up.
Having the annex walls with swingouts seems to be impossible without pushing the awning far back. It’s about a foot further back than I’d like.

Have an idea though to possibly fix.

 

Just got your PM. Bummer. I haven't received anything yet. Will the color be listed on the box somewhere or will I have to open it to see?

For those who have received their awnings, has the bag size changed or is it still oversized for the awning? Just curious if I should go ahead and order some cinch straps from Amazon that another member mentioned in this thread.

Yeah, I honestly didn't even look for color on the packaging. I completely forgot that you had ordered a sand color until it hit me the other day.
With regards to the size of the bag, they will be the same size. Manufacturer said packing up the awning may be difficult if they shrink the bag size. I think the straps are a good idea.

 

From my take. It’s very oversized. I bought some extra strap material and some neat looking mounts that I think will work for my idea. when I made my roof nets a few months ago just for these. And hopefully in the next week I’ll get a chance to make them up.

When I save it up this afternoon I’m going to see if the annex can roll up inside the bag and take up some space. But we shall see.

Trying to figure things out with the manufacturer after the scammer incident. I will update everyone interested if another can be worked out with this manufacturer or if I decide to take it to another manufacturer.
