The manufacturer is Ningbo Wincar out of China. They claim to be a manufacturer for CVT and Tepui, if it makes a difference to you. I take those claims with a grain of salt. With that said, at $270 some of us are interested and you can jump in if you're interested as well.

Looks pretty cool. So to be clear, this is the awning only, not the 'annex' with the side curtains?
And I'm gonna guess there shouldn't be any issues mounting to a long-bed Prinsu rack?

 

Yes, just the awning. I wouldn't think there'd be an issue. I'm not too familiar with the Prinsu rack, though. If you check the pictures with the mount kit and L bracket I think you'd be able to see if it'd work or not. Let me know if you think there would be any problems after checking the pics.
