I'm wondering if there is an option for a bracket to mount a foxwing awning to the oem roof racks?

If not, is there another type of awning that will mount to them, that isn't the Yakima SlimShady? Heard bad reviews about the quality and ease of use for that one.

Otherwise, I may have to get rid of the oem roof rack and jump on the band wagon with the prinsu roof rack... would like to save some money and grab a progressive AAL instead of fork over more money on a prinsu rack, so all suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks, TW

The best way is to probably get a basket that mounts on the rack, and then mount to that. A Bajarack MegaMule would work great, or a cheaper Thule basket would be fine.

    Did you figure this out?

I am trying to find out if a Rhino-Rack bracket intended for the Foxwing will work on my ARB Awning. They have nice round bar mounting kits.

Would you be able to tell me the spacing between the mounting channels on the Foxwing?
