    I own a 5X8 trailer that I could use... I was trying to avoid hauling it the 500 miles up where I have to pick up the motorcycle. :rolleyes:

    Hum... I do have a couple of flat ramps....that might work!

    You have a 3rd Gen Taco. Perhaps the issue has been fixed. I would suggesting to start a new post in the Gen 3 forum.

    I guess it's hit/miss on these tailgate issues. I've used my bed alot and have loaded/unloaded appliances such as refrigerators using ramps with tailgate down along with standing on it to load bikes and kayaks without any issues. Although I do plan on buying an aluminum reinforcement plate for mine.
