so I wheeled my truck pretty hard this last weekend and put my sliders to use but upon further inspection I noticed that I did slide a couple rocks across my frame, not enough to gouge or dent the frame, but enough to take paint and some metal off. is this common? is their armor for it? or should I just realize its going to happen and theirs nothing I can do about it. is it bad for my truck? thanks for your help.

There are frame strengthening plates for under the bed. If you wheel really hard or carry a lot of weight while doing so. But I think you'll be fine. My driveshaft is even all scraped up. It happens I guess

Frame gets slid across the rocks all the time. I wouldn't worry about it. They are their own armor :D

Frame is super beefy as it is. Don't worry about it.

If you're worried about it rusting I suppose you could skin the bottom of it with a thin sheet of umhw if you were so inclined.

not so much the rust that worries me I can fix that easy it the gouging or denting by sharp rocks. but like blackdawg said its super beefy so I suppose it would take a lot to screw it up
