    So some news, both good and bad:

    the bad: I have to raise the price to $45 shipped for a pair complete with hardware

    the good: They will now ship powder coated in a semi-gloss black! I decided that this should be standard with these, as the install should take no more than 5 minutes.

    In a few weeks they'll be back from powder coating and ready to ship!

    So, stupid question. Did you know that the crossmember, and therefore the opening, is a different size on a 2nd and 3rd gen?

    So between the 2nd gens and 3rd gens I measured they are different but VERY close. Like, hundredths close. So the way I made the cap should work without issue for both gens :fingerscrossed:
