    2015 tacoma trd sport

I bought a transmission skid plate and there is nothing in the rear to attach it to? I have watched a few videos and it appears I am missing some little arms that attach run from outside frame to the subframe here?

does anybody know what is missing? part # I cant seem to find the right diagram.

Also I am not sure how those arms are supposed to attach to the subframe even?

    Any help appreciated!!

Hello. The word 'Help' in the thread tittle is typically reserved for individuals who need immediate assistance (stranded, stuck somewhere, safety at risk etc.).

I don't know the part number.

I appreciate the picture, I literally 5 minutes ago got an email from greenlane offroad who I bought the skid from and they said that they made an error and the current front skid I have from them is not compatible with the transmission skid they sent and they dont make one that fits even though I checked with original order # of front skid, sucks because I am not sure what to do about my skid setup now but at least i know its not my truck.

The little arms I was talking about are only for 2016 and up they were added for third gen only.

I don’t believe those lateral bars are on the 2nd gen tacos. They are on like-year 4runners. Most bolt some other way to the trans crossmember either with bolts and washers or to the crossmember mounting bolts.

    Which brand skid is this?

edit: nvm looks like you solved it
