1998 toyota Tacoma SR5

Hello, just joined this forum. I have a 1998 Tacoma 4X4 SR5. Just discovered that the frame is dangerously corroded. Mechanically sound otherwise, 199,000 miles. Can these frames be replaced and will Toyota help with the cost even though it is out of warranty?
