Raise hell to your service manager. Start nice though and get annoying if he doesn't fix the issues. Document, with pictures and dates, all of the issues. If possible, have a professional sign off on what is wrong. Then if you have to go to Toyota Canada you ammo is locked and loaded.

biggest problem is the 4x4 won't engage, and no light 4 hi or 4 low in the dash.

    Good grief, Tac0ola!

I'd print three nice size 72 font lists of things that are wrong as so:

Rusted frame - Toyota Warranty Replacement

Work completed and delivered (date) with the following -

1- High pressure power steering hose leak
    2- Transmission cooler leak
3- Cardan (CV) boot torn, oil and grease leak all over wheel
4- Brake pedal goes to the floor, no braking power
5- Missing square cap beside the automatic transmission shifter
    6- Broken locking gas cap
7- Really bad sound from transmission shifter when I hit a bump, appears like a missing transmission mounting bolt
8- Missed reinstalling rear add a leaf and part sent to scrap yard.
9- Bad driveline shake between 1 km to 10 km
    10- Scratched front bumper
11- Primer overspray on door, step bar, window from other vehicle
    12- No wheel alignment
    13- 4x4 won't engage, switch won't function

(Of course you will have to make sure it is bilingual, since you're in Quebec!)

Then park the truck right in front of the dealer's front door, tape the lists to the inside of the windshield and side windows, lock the truck, and leave it there.

    That'll get their attention!

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

P.S. - My truck is under full warranty (ECP) for 7 years/160K, and I now fix all the quirks myself. I have found in the past that it takes about 3 trips to the dealer to get shit fixed, and they still don't do it right!
