    Looks 'aight to me. Look on the inside parts too though, not just the outside.

    Looks clean to me. Check between the gas tank and the frame. Rotting is common there. Kinda doubtful you will have any issues though. Looks like a good condition frame to me.

    get a hammer and tap around on the frame. focus on the area near the front leaf spring mount. That seems to be the worst spot for rot. But definitely tap around everywhere. Frame rot will have a different sound, more of a thud than a ping.

    Frame looks good. As others have stated Hammer test the heck out of it. Also It needs to be sealed. Fluid film it.
