Frame Ground Wire (Pic) To battery??

    When I was fixing the battery bracket last night I noticed a ground wire leading to the frame had broke in two. It was wedged down next to the fuse/relay box but couldn't located an opposite end.

    Does this lead directly to the negative battery terminal or somewhere else??
