Don't know about grade, but it should be a quality fastener. M12 bolts come in 1.75 (coarse), 1.5 (medium) and 1.25 (fine) pitch. The frame nuts look to be M12 x 1.25, so I am looking to buy M12 x 1.25 - 35mm long bolts tomorrow.

x2...if memory serves, my aftermarket hitch came with M12x1.25. The pitch might be wrong, but I do know they were 10.9 grade. I'd recommend 10.9 anyway...you can't go wrong by getting a higher quality bolt. If you still can't find the answer, try going to an aftermarket hitch's website and see if their installation manual states what hardware it comes with.

Bought the 12 x 1.25 bolts, 35mm long today, and they work great. Just waiting on my Draw-Tie plug in harness to arrive, and it should be good to go.
