I had my frame inspected way before any of this virus nonsense. It was good and had to have the frame treated. The dealership I went to did not have the machine yet (I'm guessing to dry the frame) and none of the techs were trained on it.

I asked for an update last week and the service writer said everything is on hold.

When this clears up and lets say my frame is now bad, shouldn't they replace it?

I believe that's how it works. From what I understand, the initial frame inspection also serves to extend the frame's warranty.
