    Hey All,
I've been dealing with the same Frame Rust issue as everyone else. Toyota kept refusing to do a frame inspection after requests by me when the frame wasn't as bad a year ago. Now, the frame has large holes and is cracking at the Torque Box area and has large rusted areas. Toyota failed my frame inspection, but their corporate office is saying it's beyond the deadline for replacement. Have any of you had any luck with this BS?

Those are the before and after images of after the 1st time I brought the truck to them vs. when they failed it.
There are some grinder marks on it because when they said they wouldn't do anything I was going to try some Por15 on the spots, but chunks started flying out when it was touched.

If you touch it, youll be in same boat as me and they’ll call it “outside influence.” Can’t offer ya solutions, only sympathy.

See the dealer that finally did look at said that they didn't really care about outside influence. They just said it was past the date of the "limited service campaign" when it failed the inspection, even though the damage was evident the first 5 times I brought it in.

Disgust me is that im a single owner, CA truck, 30% garage kept and still rust. Truck is being taken care off. Paint is peeling also, entire roof and hood start to peel.

It's a class action lawsuit, there's no way to push the dates, especially on a 2006, the 2010's are currently getting phased out now.
