    That's what you call a "sucker" deal. They are responsible for all incidentals. If they're too stupid to unscrew bolts just because of some rust, then they're responsible for replacing all the parts they wreck.

    EVERY part can be unscrewed. Sometimes it means heating it with an acetylene torch until its cherry red.
