One Question what is it like welding on this product ??

Is the prep work taking it down to bare metal on the outside and inside of where it was applied ??

Does it just convert the Rust how much of the base metal must be removed??

Corroseal converts rust to Magnetite leaving a paint prepped surface.
Weld before applying or grind to exposed bare metal. Corroseal is a water based rust converter not a weldable primer or clean bare metal primer. However, I have applied Corroseal oner bare metal, rust, paint and welded it after it dried then re applied before paint or FF with no negative results.

    Reserected from the dead.

I seen the original skit. It was funny as shit. I don't really care what words were placed on the pic.

I'm thinking you need to dial your sensitivity down a touch.
