Frame Rust on a 2010

    Up on the north shore, but bought it from NH. Pretty much the same conditions here as there. I had it inspected at the dealership and they documented it as being surface rust. I do not think they are going to screw around with rust and safety so I am glad I had it documented. If I am reading the postcard right, I need a 10mm perforation in order to be covered in the class action. A quick check by me and the dealership "inspection" did not turn up any holes. As soon as the sun comes out, I'm taking the bed off and doing a more thorough inspection. Hopefully before the end of June.

    If you have the name of a good lawyer ... let me know! I have a problem with my frame too and Toyota said the frame replacement expired after they said it was great! I had the frame rust proofed and now it is rotted. Thank you!
