    Used Frame from the Southwest you still need constant attention .

    I guess it comes down to what you can do yourself

    Just like the buyer the seller may have had no clue .

    We all know places that pretty much lick and stick safety inspections .

    Hell, California doesn't even do safety inspections. All we care about is smog.

    Correction: All they care about is smog bureaucracy. I've been forced to replace catalytic converter because the did not have mine in their computers. New "approved" converter produced much worse smog numbers, but was in their computer, so it was OK.

    Oh yeah. For sure.

    I got failed once because my stupid K&N intake didn't have the correct sticker. The guy was like I know it would pass just fine, but...

    All I had to do was contact K&N and they sent me a free sticker that I put on the intake, and like magic, I passed!
