Frame Year Compatibility

My Uncle got a 2008 double cab long bed 4.0l 4x4 that has a rotted frame. He's shopping for a replacement frame and is wondering about compatibility with other model years. I told him that I'm 99% sure any DCLB frame up to 2015 should be totally compatible. I know one or two exhaust hangers might need to be rotated but thats nbd. Any other frame differences between model years that would cause issues swapping frames like this?

 

i don't regularly swap frames, but i would say to avoid a frame from a 4cyl taco. yes, I've actually seen a dbl cab with a 4cyl. it was a 5lug
