Frames - frame/differences across models?

I am trying to figure out what the differences are in frames, across the various models and sub-models of the 2nd Gen Tacomas.

I read on another post that the frames were shared accordingly:

    1. Regular Cab - own frame
    2. Access Cab and DCSB - shared frame
    3. DCLB - own frame

What about the sub-models, and the various options, suspensions and drivetrains bolted to them?

For example, is the frame on a 4x4 version, vs the 2wd version/Prerunner/X-Runner/5-lug of the Access Cab the same?

Do they differ only in what has been bolted on or riveted on in sub-assemblies? Or are there further manufacturing processes that customize a frame to a specific trim and equipment package?

Thanks for any enlightenment offered, on this.

Specific to this - I am trying to figure out whether there is frame and cross-member commonality between the base model 2wd, and the Prerunner, related to non-suspension related aftermarket component bolt-ons.
