    Sawzall and a bunch of blades is all I need. Keep the tub, ditch the fenders for some glass and install. I would cut out the stock taco crossmember and replace it with 2 new 2in square cross members, one either under the body or closest to the back and another towards the rear, maybe even dropping it lower to accommodate for weight in the tub. Cut and weld up sheet to cover the spaces I don't want dirt in, 1/4in plate on the very bottom to protect from rocks and call it a day. oh and plate the rear frame.
