    For free, I would take it in a heartbeat.

    Slap some fiberglass siding on it and do something, anything with the Reynolds wrap interior and you could make it quite serviceable.

    Of course, that's assuming that the whole thing is not assembled with duct tape and baling wire.

    That thing would fit right in in the SF bay area. Lots of working homeless here with mobile shanty towns. ...I gotta get out of this place.
