And the winner of the 2015 Tacoma bumper give away is..... First let me say, that there were a ton of good pics, we had a really hard time picking just one! In the end we picked someone that met all of our request but took it a step further by photo chopping a bumper onto his truck. Something else his story included was paying it forward. While he wasn't the only one in our story to pay it forward he did. We like to reward that sort of behavior. We also like how this particular man wheels his Tacoma. He clearly uses it and we love to see that too! Everett-amy Hart please give us a call so we can get your new DeMello Off-Road bumper and Baja lights to you!

Well @gordi you were right. In all honesty though the other give aways like this the people that won were like reviewers of 4x4 parts or people that have lots of money into built trucks already. Not the dad on the weekend getting by and taking his kids to soccer in the truck. That market does not show good product promotion since ideally they want to sell more bumpers.

 

I think it's awesome that Everett one. He clearly needed a bumper, and is very generous with his time / parts and helping people. Big congratulations to him and his wife.

 

Honestly we thought about that, if we were picking someone for the best marketing it would have been Crom. He takes excellent pictures and would love to have him posting great pics. . We really did have a hard time picking. There were several good stories, there were a couple that stood out and we were impressed by the two in the line up that gave something to some one else. Anyone that combines their wife being happy and also gives stuff away with out question. The other strong one was a guy on FB can't remember his name but he just wanted to give the bumper to his friend that had helped him in the past. If he had a story to go with that, he might have been our pick. Don't loose faith though, this was the lead up and test run for our next give away which we are working on now for next year and will involve a full build of a truck or SUV and entry to an event. Stay tuned for that one!

 

That's another reason why we picked him. Before we were DeMello Off-Road I was just a guy with a Tacoma that liked to wheel with his friends. Back then it was common place to have wrench a thons, share parts and we love to promote that.

 

@Crom well I thought we had it in the bag for you. Should of ripped your front bumper off and drove it around in some pictures haha. Keep up the kick ass trips with the family! @Unchained 5150 you had no chance with a clean front end like yours!
