Took my 06 Tacoma into the dealership today to have the frame inspected for excessive corrosion. After about 45 minutes, I was told that Toyota was going to have to replace my frame at no cost to me. Glad to see that Toyota was stepping up to the plate to replace the frame, but I was also informed that I would be liable for any parts that may get broke during the frame exchange. This doesn't sound fair to me... Why should I have to pay for parts that may break during the process of Toyota correcting their frame issue? Anyone else have this to happen to them? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Has not happened to myself, but there is a whole thread on here concerning frame replacements and members having the same ordeal. Good luck. Hope all goes well.

Others will chime in I am sure.
