    Nope I don't. This is a old pic, I no longer have the truck, It was sold back to Toyota due to the frame recall.

    It has 4 mounting points 2 that go straight into the bumper and 2 that go in at a 90 degree angle on the top of the bumper

    yes you have to drill 4 holes in the bumper.
