Have supplies to get me through the night. I can’t get roadside assistance until late tomorrow morning. Maybe one of you were planning on coming here earlier?

I didn’t mean to go this deep into the dunes, the terrain felt solid and the sun was in my face. Next thing I know I’m sliding down a dune :annoyed:
I was just looking for a place to camp for the night...

Sorry, I can’t help. I’m in East Tennessee.

No shovel, just a trowel. I have my all weather mats and bed mat. I made progress with the trowel and placed two floor mats under the rear tires. That’s when I discovered I was on the frame.

Not close enough to help but have you tried digging gout the center to allow you to get moving? enough to give that crawl control a workout?

is there an AZ offroad group that can be tagged or pointed to on FB? We have them for NorCal and SoCal. Usually will have folks there ready to help as needed. Id post one but not sure, but assume one exists.

I started to dig out the center, but still have a ways to go. In my case I’ll need to maybe use the clutch cancel to get some momentum out of this.

@PacTaco got it. Worth a shot. I have no idea if it works well but that off-road recovery trucks get pricy

Thanks! I was quoted $175 an hour, and they want to send out two guys. I tried getting the attention of the nearest occupied campsite, but they were already in their camper. I kept my distance in case a firearm got involved lol

I’ll give this fb group a shot, and keep digging. I’m at 20 PSI.
