Cant do this now with other truck priorities, but def gonna stay subbed to this. Looks like a solid call for when the time comes.

I assume my front bearings would have to be replaced with a new assembly? If so, I might have to wait till those die down the road since they were only thrown in about 6 months ago.

Yes, the new bearing/hub assemblies are included.

You could probably clean those up and sell those off to a PreRunner

    A thing or two...
@chaddawkins, will 106mm center bore wheels clear the manual hub or do you need wheels with a larger center bore?

Yes, the wheels require the standard 106mm center bore :)

Another question is warranty? Do you have a gurantee for so many miles? And I'd prob throw on a disclaimer if I was you to protect yourself on something that could potentially cause an accident. Idk the legality.

People generally break their CVs while binding them rock crawling; I can't warranty that. I do stand behind my product.

Im sure they probably wouldn't but if you said hey dumdass just bolt this us... and the wheel bearing nut came loose and the hub pulls out....
just trying to help you by maybe placing a disclaimer... Ive contacted RCV about making something like this and they wanted to research it fro those purposes. personally i don't care.
that being said if RCV made these they would warranty the outer if a ball bearing popped out?? or an internal tooth chipped on the spline??

The nut is torqued and STAKED, per Toyota specs.
Have you ever heard of a 1st Gen or PreRunner hub coming apart? NO :)

I have many of these already manufactured, I will order more when my stock gets low. Why would I stop making these? lol

I was only trying to help you because with a simple disclaimer? I think what you did is awesome, but being since this won't make our shafts any stronger how do we invest 2 k into a mod that maybe worthless? These are all questions people will ask.

What cost 2K? I'm not advertising it makes anything stronger.

If you stopped building these... and we broke one side... yes in fact the other is worthless.
1250 for your kit+ 300 for new hubs.+ 500 mine as well do it right and get chromoly axels... ====== 2k
RCV is one of the best manufactures on the plant and even when they built a bomb proof cv axel for us they stopped due to a leak defect. How are we to know The heat treatment process for a batch went bad and we have stress fractures?

And you have to sell us on your product just like every company in exsistance. Autozone and napa make their own cvs too and look how bad that product is. You mention a cv company? Why not disclose to put peace and mind in your customers? If you had a patent then that wouldn't be an issue right?

Hmmm, sounds like your bashing the guys for sale thread. That's a no no per the rules. You don't like the product, don't buy it. I'm a big boy and can figure out if I want to plunk down money for this.
