Installed the kit about 6 1/2 months ago.. For some reason I keep losing lift after it settles down this is the 3rd time I have raised and had a alignment done. Called the company they said its just the springs settling in.. 6 months and its still settling in???? I think its something more serious anyone else have any ideas???

    Anyone else have this problem??

Are these coilovers? Count the threads and make sure that doesn't change over time.

Yes adjusting coilovers with a locker on bottom. I can tell the threads never change due to the WD-40 wet spots. I keep cranking it up stays higher for about 4 days then I lose about 2" and I start rubbing on the tires.

Why the hell is there WD-40 on the threads to begin with? Sounds like that’s your problem to me.

Need to Lubricate it so you are able to crank it up otherwise you will strip the lockers.

    Swiggity swangin' biggity bangin'
Who is the manufacturer of the coils themselves and what is the spring rate?

Have you counted the individual threads on the coils when you adjusted them an compared that to the number of threads after the suspension sags?

Do you have any pictures? Any before and after pictures?

We'd love to help but we need more information! :)

No extra weight at all on them I dont tow anything with this truck.

All the parts are Freedom Off Road. The UCAS,Coilovers, the spindle,The front and rear shocks. (The Rear is not the problem, it stays the same height)
Everything is tight and measured! I will see if I can get some pics on here loaded.

Use a marker and mark where the adjusters are sitting,it it moves your set screw is not holding,if thats not the problem then your coilovers are bad.
