Time to get a real truck

In all seriousness mine had similar surface rust also. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you’re in the rust belt

If it’s not painted or coated, it will rust.
    Completely normal.

Congrats, as you’re in the post-factory oxidation phase. Little here & there; totally normal, and won’t affect longevity in any way.

Spoiler alert: your drums will eventually show external rust too. Not a problem either.

I’ll start with my pro badges. It’ll decrease your mpg though (less aerodynamic)

Op's truck has suffered a real tradagy....please don't make fun.
My advice to the op would be changing your motor oil immediately to help get the mind of this very serious rust issue.

Your '23 is still under warranty.

    Visit your dealer.

But before you go, spend a couple hours talking to your cat to practice being ignored.

I’m well versed in being ignored thanks to my wife and kids. Maybe I need a cat to further my skills
