Hello everyone. Name is Christian. Located in SFL. I have an Infiniti G35 coupe MT 2005. Bought it in 06 and never thought to mod it. It was perfect in my eyes. Till I joined the forums. Then I started to mod it and it never stopped. Interior, exterior color change, suspension, motor, wheels etc. The car has become a project car and is no longer driven.

I bought a 2000 Ranger XLT 4x4 with 75k miles while I was in the police academy. It was my first truck. Never got any use out of the 4x4 and the transmission started to go out on me at 79k after 8 months of owning it. Traded that bad boy in and got me this 2015 tacoma prerunner sr5 v6 double cab/barcelona red and love it. I went with this truck for the famed reliability and the economic value it brings.

So far, I've only added NFab step bars and weather tech mats. Its a bit underpowered from whatI'm used to but I'm sure I'll change that soon. I like clean looks. My goal when modding is making the car look like it came the way I want it from the factory. You gotta pay to play right?

I'll make a build thread once I do some research and see what my options are since I'm new to the truck scene. I've been lurking for almost a year so I have some things in mind but I have to weigh my options.

Anyway, thanks for reading. No pics of the Taco but here are some of the G for an idea of what my style is...

Welcome to the forum! It seems like you enjoy the "street scene" which is kinda like voodoo on here. I say most advocate big tires/small wheels on here. Everyone has different tastes, so expect some negative feedback when it comes to personal opinion. You may find the x-runner forum and the Hawaiian threads intriguing. There are a lot of street style builds found on there that might peak your interests. Getting power out of these trucks is not cheap. You can purchase a blower and push an extra few horsepower, but that's about as budget friendly as it gets. These trucks are reliable and fun as hell to drive. Post pics of the truck and enjoy the forum!

^I'm not going for the "Street Scene" looks with the truck. Two completely different platforms. Thanks for the welcome.

Oh okay, my misunderstanding. What exactly are you aiming to achieve? Are you wanting to upgrade the suspension or keep it mostly stock? Wheels and tires?

A lift. Not sure how much though. Nothing extreme. Going to get rid of the chrome surround. Retrofit headlights or something custom. Not sure if pods or projectors. Tails will be changed too. Small sub. Breather mods. Bed cover. Nfab lightbar (Rigid Industries?) I like the scs ray 10s but some Volk TE37 would look awesome with some meaty tires. I'm honestly just trying to research or see whats best. I know what I like, I just want to see what is available since it is my first time modding a truck. Also, not a fan of the xrunner look :)

Apologies but I am not able to post in the sale section. Would anyone be able to direct me to where I can purchase a grill surround? Barcelona Red. I've been looking in the FS section but no dice. Thanks in advanced
