I had some photos of my old truck with these. These were the -10 offset so it was a 4.11 inch backspace. These were 16 x 8s -10 offset. Tires were all 265/75R16

Finally joined the MK6 crew this weekend. Sorry for the over saturated pics, it was cloudy today. Patiently waiting on new centercaps.

I have a set of 16" wheels installed.
Has anybody used the plastic rings that come with the wheels?
Mine don't fit the hubs so I left them off.

DT installed mine but mentioned the plastic rings are for a different (Chevy) hub bore size. These wheels are hub centric for Toyota so they didn’t use mine either.

Late to the show on this one, but ordered 17x8 bronze version, 0 offset for my 2018 inferno TRD OR. Discount Tire in my town was a little guarded with letting me order them with oversized tires (265/70/17) and said they’d need to do a test fit.

Anyone with this exact setup? No lift on mine. Was pretty sure that they’d fit but after they started asking questions I got paranoid. Input? TIA. I did some reading on the forum and chose the narrower version with O offset to try to minimize risk of interference.

I don't have the exact setup because because mine is a 2012 SR5 and i believe yours sits higher than mine. But I do have the same wheel/tire set up and have only minor rubbing when in full turn while in reverse.

Thank you sir! I’m not too privy to this site - I’ll look on your profile to see if you have a picture somewhere- but if not can you post one? I’d like to see it.

Yeah I haven't uploaded any new pictures since I changed out the wheels but I will link some here but I will link some. One thing I should mention is that I purchased my wheels used and they were said to be that size, so to the best of my knowledge they are.

Thank you for choosing Discount Tire, chucknris

The 17x8 ET0 MK6 shod with 265/70R-17 sized tires fits your 18 great. You may have a little rubbing on the front mud flap at near full lock of the wheel, but outside of that, you're in good shape.

Be sure to share some photos once the new combo is bolted up!

Aw right, will do. Looking forward to enjoying them.

Would be good if, since Discount Tire is actively marketing for this, that this company could put up a thread with this wheel in different widths and offset with pictures and fit with stock ride height Tacomas.

    #butthatsnotgonnahappen right? :D

Just ordered mine, 17x8 -12mm offset for my new 19, struggling with the aggressive offset and stock suspension if I need to stick to 265/65 or if I can stuff 265/70 in there. Thoughts?

That's what this thread is for :D

In all seriousness, this is a good idea. We'll see if we can compile something after the holidays. Thank you for the suggestion!

Congrats on the new wheels, TacoBuffet!

Real quick... did you order the 17x8 ET-10 or the 17x9 ET-12?

Level 8 does not build the MK6 in 17x8 ET-12, so I just want to be clear as rim width/offset is a large factor in the overall fitment.

    Thank you for clarifying.

The 17x8 ET-10 will fit 265/70R-17 sized tires nicely and the only rubbing you may have (stress may) is around the mud flaps

Just bought the truck about 2 weeks ago today, and it came with these wheels! Really like the look of them.. even more that they were “free”!:woot:827FB63A-FF0A-4079-BA95-4C115C67CAC2.jpg
