I started to remove the front air dam from my 25 sport and soon realized that it is supporting other pieces. Is there any option for this?
    Thanks

I didn't notice that on mine. I simply removed the air dam and reinstalled the bolts, but I put a rubber washer on each bolt to help ensure it won't loosen up since the grip area is shortened without the thickness of the air dam. No problems since.

I trimmed down the ends of the spoiler and reattached them to hold the felt wheel well liners to the bumper.
Also to improve aerodynamics and get back .034 mpg. ;)

It looks unfinished underneath with exposed screw heads and liner, not to mention the need to plug holes in the lower control arms.

I’m surprised that the aftermarket hasn’t already offered a replacement piece that covers just enough, without greatly compromising approach.

A few dollars at Ace Hardware and about a minute installation time for the plugs. I can't see the screw heads unless I'm laying on the ground under the bumper. I'm getting 26 mpg combined with A/C in hot weather and 28 mpg in cool weather so I don't think the air dam did anything mpg wise.

Doesn’t look unfinished to me. It actually looks 1000% better than the ridiculous looking curtain hanging down the front.

From a distance, of course it looks 100% better:

However, up close, after removal, there’s some unfinished looking business:

If you’re referring to the felt exposure I don’t see the issue. Still looks factory to me.

I actually like how that looks, I have 2 of these things since our '25 4Runner had one too, might try to trim one now!

The rare times I crawl on the ground and look under my truck, those two little scoops are the last things noticeable compared to all the other "business" that's hanging down under the truck.

About 3 inches at the outer edge; 2 inches towards the center of the truck. I also used about a 1 inch high of the center section to seal up the middle. (Although i had to remove it a few days ago when i installed a NYTOP front bumper)

People might buy those if they are an OEM like material and have a good fit. Obviously you already cut and formed that one, but something similar to the Super Duty Tremor air dam compared to the regular SD air dam is what you want. That's pretty much the look you got going there. The amount of sales probably wouldn't be worth the investment.

Buy a real skid plate to replace the felt one…………youll have to take off the ridiculous “bra” and you won’t miss it for a second.

All i had was a Milwaukee rotary tool (Dremel tool) with a cut off disc. I laid down a strip of painters tape as a guide.
Used a flat file to fine tune it after.
I am sure there are better tools, but that's what i had available at the moment.
