    Hey Guys
I had my front springs changed after 1 of them broke at the usual spot on my 2019 Pro.
I went with the Eibach replacement and remained with the fox shocks.
The shop that did the work said they had not altered anything so an alignment was not necessary.
I was at the Toyota dealer doing regular maintenance and asked them to do an alignment but they said they couldn’t do it because my geometry was altered with the new spring size for their equipment.
My front tires are now messed up with crazy wear.
    Any thoughts on my situation?
    Thanks

Sounds like a cop out by the dealer. If you have an aftermarket upper control arm that adds caster, you might end up with more caster than the oem specs call for, but they should be able to set camber and toe reasonably close to spec.

Pics of the wear? Some cupping on the shoulders can be normal even when the alignment is ok

I've adjusted my front coils up and down a bit over the years and didnt always get an alignment afterwards. Steering is always perfect and the tire wear isnt outrageous. Small changes in ride height dont necessarily throw things out..

Forget about the dealer doing the alignment. They are chained to factory alignment specs and they can't/won't think outside the box. You gotta find an independent shop that will talk to you and coordinate with your needs

factory pro uca after 2021 has more castor built in. but regardless like you say theres zero reason they couldnt of gotten the toe and camber in spec as far as tire wear is concerned

Looks like Eibach has their own UCA's with more available adjustment now, too.

Find a real shop with an actual alignment rack...
The first shop would have gladly upsold you an alignment if they were equipped to handle it...
Have them swap the rear assuming good tires to the front & perform a full alignment.
Not set the toe $20 special...

its just an spc arm which have been known to have dropped off in quality significantly over past couple years

Shop 1 was dumb. You put new springs, you changed the ride height. You need to check the alignment. Possibly it was ok, but you never want to guess.

Dealer is dumb. Unless you go with some seriously oversized wheels and tires that you can't fit on their rack, there is no reason that they can't get measurements. They may not be able to get caster in spec, but no reason they can't get camber and toe good. Toe is what causes tire wear.
