Front and Rear Tube Bumper Ideas

I am looking to build front and rear tube bumpers for looks, no winches are towing. Anyone have ideas about what size tubing or design ideas or pictures? I also need to create replicas of the factory mounts, does anyone have experience with these or have ideas?

 

Also my truck is a 1996 Tacoma 4x4

 

this is the 4Xinnovations front bumper on my 1997.

Its no longer in production, so I dont think they would care if you closely copied it.

IMO, its one of the better looking tube bumpers on our (1995-1997) front ends. Our front ends are flat and dont look as good with a bumper like the trail gear, which is more rounded in the front, which looks good with the 01-04 front ends.

Do both of the bumpers mount on to OE mounts?

 

The old front and current rear are direct bolt on, the new front has new side mounts welded to the frame for added support but it bolt on otherwise.

 

Do you happen to know what size tubing it is?
