Has anyone with an ARB cut the loops/hoops off and just left a flat bumper?
I have one on my Tacoma looks good but I really liked the Aluminess front bumper I had on the FJ with out them.
I'm thinking of have the removed.

I need to find a good welder in town to patch the holes.

I've seen people do this on other trucks, Cruisers and stuff. Personally I'd sell the ARB and buy something that fits better with what you're after.

There are so many great options for a lower profile bumper without grill hoops that don't require all the work. We're lucky with the Tacoma to have all of them. The 80 series Cruiser guys don't have as many off the shelf options so they are forced to do more custom work.

    Just my $0.02.

There shouldn't be any holes...cut with sawzall and grind smooth...easy....don't need a shop to do that.

there are holes as the tubes go inside the bumper and are welded down there too. makes for some super strong hoops
