    I'm afraid to comment on my brakes. I am still trying to get a response from Firestone why they will not warranty the work done in Port Lavaca by a shop that advertises itself to have been a Firestone for 52 years. Even if independently owned they wear the same logoed uniforms, sell the same Firestone/Bridgestone tires, and advertise themselves as being a Firestone store.

    He would be happy to look at the issue if I drive the 200 miles to his shop. I have placed two customer service complaints to Firestone the first response was a case number and told I would be contacted by area manager within 48 hours. Not. Second response was it had been escalated to regional team and I would hear from them within 48 hours. Not. Waiting on third response.

    I just looked at the "Car & Garage" section of March,2018 "Family Handyman" too bad I didn't go there first. Oh well! When I stop learning just shovel the dirt over me.
