I have a 2007, 2 wheel drive, standard taco. It has 7000 miles on it.

I have a brake deceleration wind down noise. It it not loud. The noise has been there since I bought the truck.
I have taken it to the dealer twice. They say the brakes are ok and everything is wonderful.
Any Ideas???? or Should I just turn the cd up.

I think we need more information about the noise.....

I'm not sure what you mean by 'wind-down'.

More info... Is this "wind-down" through using brakes for deceleration, or through using engine for deceleration??

The wind down is using brakes for deceleration. It's an automatic.
You can here the revolutions slowing down as you apply the brake.
The noise goes away when you do not engage the brakes.

Does the noise occur on straight roads?

Does it occur going 5mph versus 40mph?

I can't think of anything that would be brake related. If it were brake related, I would tend to think you should hear it all the time while braking.

Do you feel any pulsations in the brake pedal? Do you feel any shimmy in the steering wheel?

The noise occurs at any speed.
It doesn't matter straight or curved roads.
    No pulsations.
    I am stumped.
I am thinking about taking it back to the dealer for the 3rd time.
    Please advise.
