Front brakes 2002 Pre Runner

Left front brake was sticking. Tried to bleed and there was no fluid present..vehicle has 229,000 miles.. I went ahead and replaced both front calipers and master cylinder.. still, no fluid to the calipers.. bled the rear brakes, no problem.. wondering if any other member has experienced same issues ? Suggestions ?
